How To Make A Juvenile Card (JV) For MDCAT 2019

Juvenile Card (JV)

Juvenile Card is an ID issued to children under 18 years of age. The chip-based card is distinguished from the Child Registration Certificate (CRC) because it is a multi-facility ' entitled document. Parents or blood relative of children holding a valid National Identity Card (NIC) must be physically present for biometrics provision. To apply for a Juvenile Card, please visit any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) as there is no online facility available.

Where can I apply for my Juvenile Card?

By visiting any NADRA Registration Center (NRC), you can apply for your Juvenile Card (JV).
The next steps you will follow at the NRC are:
  • You'll receive a token

  • Your data will be entered and the form printed to be reviewed by you
  • A printed version of your application form will be given to you

NOTE:

Once the form has been printed and given to you, please submit the form to the NRC concerned after a blood relative (father / mother / brother / sister / daughter / son) or any gazetted officer has certified it.

How long will it take from application completion to delivery?

There are three ways to deliver a card.
Normal – 30 days
