Juvenile Card (JV)
Juvenile Card is an ID issued to
children under 18 years of age. The chip-based card is distinguished from the
Child Registration Certificate (CRC) because it is a multi-facility ' entitled
document. Parents or blood relative of children holding a valid National
Identity Card (NIC) must be physically present for biometrics provision. To
apply for a Juvenile Card, please visit any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) as
there is no online facility available.

By visiting any NADRA
Registration Center (NRC), you can apply for your Juvenile Card (JV).
The next steps
you will follow at the NRC are:
- You'll receive a token
- Your photo will be taken
- Your signature and fingerprints will be taken
- Your data will be entered and the form printed to be reviewed by you
- A printed version of your application form will be given to you
NOTE:
Once the form has been printed and
given to you, please submit the form to the NRC concerned after a blood relative
(father / mother / brother / sister / daughter / son) or any gazetted officer
has certified it.
How long will it take from application completion to delivery?
There are
three ways to deliver a card.
Normal – 30
days
Urgent – 15
days
Fast Track – 7
days (Queue priority for immediate handling at NRCs)
